We chat! Preferably a video call (I’ll send you a meeting invite once we figure out a good day and time after the initial inquiry) and discuss what you’re looking for/locations/length of your shoot. This would be a great time to share a moodboard/Pinterest board if you have one and if not, we’ll create one together!

I’ll send you a follow-up email with the photoshoot date, time, and location. Once you confirm, we sit and wait for the day of the shoot (maybe that’s just me). Once you confirm, I will be requesting a non-refundable 20% deposit; I want to make sure the time is fully set aside for you and I can give you 100% of my care and attention.

Not interested in moving forward? That’s totally okay, you don’t have to confirm after I send you the email/calendar invite for the shoot! The only thing I would ask is that you let me know so I won’t bother you with additional follow-up emails—there is no obligation after our call to confirm the booking!

Time to take your photos! We’ll work together for the agreed duration of our shoot time (any setup I have to do will not cut into your time, I’ll get there early and be set up and ready to go). If you’re loving the vibes and wanna keep going, I do charge an additional $50 per half hour over our shoot time.

Please let me know if you are running late or need to reschedule the shoot—things happen, just keep me in the loop!

And we’re all set! All that’s left is for you to kick back, relax, and wait! I like to get the final shots out in 1-2 weeks from the shoot date, depending on how long the shoot was—more photos means a little more time than that.
